Waiver Codes for onBoard Contracts

I would like to allow users to use waiver codes on Contracts, as well as applications. Currently fees on Contracts must be removed from the student's record if they are not paying the deposit/fee.

    We agree! However, we don't remove fees; we set the deposit due to zero.  We do this for parents who pay by paper check and  then we have to remember to collect. Luckily these zero payments show in Reconcile Fees with a status of "waived" but so nice if they could be in their own section. We do not allow credit cards due to the fees.
