Integrate School Forms within On Board

Integrate School Forms within On Board so that you can attach them to the checklist. We are not using the parent statement in the application because if a parent doesn't have time right away to complete the statement, they may not submit the application and fees until a later date. So for now we are using a pdf that the parent downloads, completes by hand and uploads again.

    Hi Sarah, So it looks like the School form must have to be built out in Enrollment Management and we cannot use all of the school forms we have built in Academics??

    I would also like to see this feature.  Sometimes we do not need to gather information during the application process, but would like to have the ability to capture it only for those who have applied and been accepted.  However several fields are only available to application or inquiry forms.
