Allow custom wording in Contact "Tuition and Fees" Merged

Our Business Office does not like the use of the words "Expenses", "Total Expenses" and "Credits" in this section as they are too accounting oriented. Since the section is titled "Tuition and Fees," a subheading of Expenses is redundant. We would like this wording to be user-entered.
