I would like the ability to allow a specific user, like a consultant, to enter applications, fill out contracts and handle financial information for candidates without having access to grades and other info

We deal with international students who have consultants handle their admissions process for the school. We would like the ability to allow these users to do this without giving them access to students grades and other normally parental information. So basically a financially-responsible-only role.

    Doesn't the software allow for this by being role based? For example, our Admissions staff, does not have access to Financial Aid. I wouldn't think the role of Enrollment Manager would necessarily have access to onRecord. We do not have onRecord yet, but ...
