We have some fees that are not assigned by grade, but by Role.

For instance, we have an International Student Fee.

Rather than add the fee individually to each contract (and risk it "disappearing" if more contracts are generated before the particular parent gets to look at the contract) it would be great if we could have conditional fields that allow us to add that fee if the student has the role of "International."
