Choose if Citizenship is a drop down or text field

I would like to be able to choose if the Citizenship field on forms is a drop down or text box, to determine whether the fields are pulling from the Citizenship Table Values already created, or populating the values if a new value is entered.

    Citizenship has been updated to use the Citizenship values entered in Core, so it will now be a dropdown.
