Adding a file submission to a checklist should append an entry if it already exists.

If a Candidate has a school already entered on their profile and then they submit a transcript the onBoard > Process > File Submission task will fail because there is an existing school of the same name.

 

This task should append to the existing school.

    Yes!  If you're going to require a school name to be entered on the Document submission, then it should update the existing school, since most schools will already have it in the student record, since they have gotten this information from the family previously.

    I agree! We request the school information on the application and then have documents submitted during the admission process.  It causes a large consumption of time to have to remove the school name to all the document to be submitted for that school.
