We would like to be able to create and publish communication templates (for decisions) and then be able to make changes to our decision letter templates without it changing the templates that have been published already. Because we are rolling admissions, we make decisions in waves, and depending on when our decisions are made, we have different deadlines for deposits, etc. This needs to be outlined in the decision letter, and we do not want to create multiple decision letter templates to use each time a batch of decisions goes out. This could get confusing very easily. If the originally published decision letter could stay with a prospective family from their behind the password view, we would be able to make a change to the template before publishing to the next batch of users.
