Our school publishes contracts to newly accepted candidates' families before candidates enter their decision so that they can see Financial Aid awarded before making a decision. When a family declines, we have to manually go into the contract and put in an expiration date so that the parents do not receive contract reminders. I would like a candidate decision of Declined to expire a candidate's contract automatically.
We have made an update that past candidates and past parents of candidates no longer recieve reminders.
I would like to add that I know the system has the ability to only show contracts when a family accepts, but our school believes that most parents want to see the contract before they accept. Currently, this is the only way to see financial aid information as well.
