We have some people who inquire and then apply for years in the future beyond the typical admission year.
For instance, although most of our applications are currently for the 2016-2017 school year, we have some people Inquiring and then applying for the 2017-2018 school year and even beyond that.
(There doesn't seem to be a way to only let people apply for the 'current' admission season.)
When I'm making folder labels or noting them in general, it would be nice to have the year listed in the "processing" area.
Jade- would you be able to tell me where that is? In the Settings section, I only see where to put what grade it applies to and "publish date range."
I believe there is a setting for this in the application set-up. We have ours set so that applicants can only apply for one year at a time.
