Our school, as every school we know, deletes all recommendations at the end of the year to protect the confidentiality of the teachers, principals, etc. who provide them to us in strict confidence. We do this to ensure that these documents would then not be available if the a candidate/child's records were subpoenaed.  Currently we have to do this manually, deleting every recommendation for every candidate. It would be wonderful if there were a bulk process to do this.
