onBoard People Finder return parents for all filters

I would like for the onBoard People Finder to return parent names with all filters. Currently parents only show in the Candidate, Past Candidate, Incoming Student filter.

    Have an "All" like in Core would be nice as well in addition to Parents and Past Parents.  Org's should be able to choose which groups are searchable in Admission's Management.
