Contract notification when a contract has been accepted
I would like a notification that I can send to specific emails whenever a contract has been accepted so that staff members can be notified when they need to proceed with the admissions process.
Adding a step to automatically notify the registrar, division heads, advancement, and other key administrators once the enrollment contract has been signed would enhance the onboarding of our new families. If there is another way, please let us know as we are new to Blackbaud this year
Our business office would like a way to document exactly when the contract was "accepted", as this is the start date for the timetable of early termination fees, etc. The work-around is to look at the notification logs for "Online Contract Accepted" emails that go out to the parents.
I think they have that option under "notifications" in OnBoard under "Online Contract Submitted." We use that option successfully to alert different staff members that a contract has been submitted.
