When we got to process inquiries, applications or contracts, the forms awaiting in the list are not in the order they arrived in the system. There is no chronological (date and time) order to the list. During the busy season, it would be fantastic to be able to process down the list in the order we received the forms instead of have to bounce through the list looking for the forms that have been in the queue the longest.
