When a user clicks "add another" for either household, referring family, sibling or relative, the screen reverts back to the very top of the household block.  This is a lengthy block and the user must scroll down to the place where they clicked "add another".  It is also very confusing and many users rewrite their original data entered thinking the screen returned them to the same place.
