We have a number of current families that attend our events (EC families looking at K, current families coming to events designed to be retention events as well, etc...) so we want to utilize the Event Registration feature but not create database problems with our currently enrolled families.  Adding the "Do not create account" feature will allow us to utilize ER through onBoard and not affect database.
