We would like the ability to have a Calendar for users to select the child's birthday from instead of a text box for Inquiry Forms.

Many of our parents enter their child's birthday incorrectly and we want to simplify it by giving them the ability to select a date from a calendar and having that determine the format.

Because we live in Canada, this is also problematic for us because we use DD/MM/YYYY format, unlike onboard's Mm/DD//YYYY.
