Change Apply Another Child button to Apply Child

When using the Apply Another Child button, you can also apply the same application. It would be less confusing if the button just said "Apply Child" rather than "Apply Another Child".

    I asked for the button to say, " Apply for Another Child" or "Start Additional Application."
