I would like users to receive a notification when we assign a username. In the process inquiry screen it gives us the option to create a username, but users are not alerted to it. They are currently only alerted when we bulk generate usernames or the user requests their username by clicking the First time Logging in link. We want to have a notification send when we create the username in the inquiry stage.
