Allow more Custom Candidate Text fields

We are limited to 6 custom text fields for Online Applications. We would like to add more customized text fields.

We have maxed out the custom fields and need about 3 more at the current time. To make this work easier for everyone involved, please add more custom fields.

Yes, more flexibility is needed to customize for the many variables which exist!
