Candidates Lists needs additional Filter options

The new Candidates Lists functionality has great potential but needs additional Filter options. Currently, we can only filter by Access - Role Criteria. The ability to Filter by Entering Year, Status etc. will make this view much more useful. If there is a priority to the available options - Filter by Entering Year would be our top choice.

      How is this implemented???

      We recently found the filtering to be very inadequate.

      EVERY field on a Candidate should be filterable!

      Financial Aid, individual financial aid [all fields in the candidate's financial aid tab; NOT just "candidate applied for financial aid"]

      ADMIN-ONLY custom fields,

      Since these lists are the only way to send bulk official notes, we are constrained by their limitations.

      PLEASE ENHANCE!
