When you compose an Official Note on onBoard there is a Subject option. When you pull the list object under Admissions > Candidate > Official Note there are only the following Official Notes display fields:

Official Note.Prospect Instance ID ,Official Note.Note Type, Official Note.Insert Date, Official Note.Author, Official Note.Comment
