Add Hispanic/Latino to Application Form

Since we track Ethnicity by Hispanic/Latino, and then everything else, we would like the Hispanic/Latino option available in the Application form.  This is already a field in the student's record.

    This seems to be an obvious thing to include.

    We have families upset that they don't have this option!!!

    If a student is more than one ethnicity need to be able to choose more than one.
