Allow both the SSATB Application | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products

Allow both the SSATB Application and Blackbaud Application to be retained when merging accounts.

This would allow for information from both applications to be stored in the candidate record.

This would eliminate 98% of my calls to tech support and make my user experience so much better. I hope this is implemented ASAP!
