Official Note for ALL checklist items

We currently have the option of messaging those who are missing one specific checklist item. However, we would like to be able to message all applicants who are missing any of the required items. We have the ability to create a work list for someone who may be missing one of the items, but I do not want to message the same candidate multiple times (one for each item missing). I would like to message them once but include all items.

    There is a merge field in the official notes template called Candidate Outstanding Items that will list all outstanding checklist steps for the candidate. Marking this idea as closed since that's available! We'll be updating the formatting to be a bulleted list soon.

    I have actually used the feature.  The only thing I don't like is that it lists all outstanding checklist items in a line, separate by a comma (not a vertical list).But it is there.  If you create a new template, it is an Admission - Placeholder option (Candidate Outstanding Items).  I just don't like how it is formatted.
