Currently, we are notified when an application is completed. But we would like to know when they are started, as well. We would hate to lose track of a potential applicant who's interest may be waning for one reason or another (overwhelmed with technology or life in general, maybe harboring lukewarm feelings to begin with, perhaps they are just simply distracted, etc.)
