Email Tab on Inquiry Form

I want there to be a way for prospective families to be able to email an inquiry form to a parent via button. For example, something like an "email this page to a friend" button at the bottom of the form.

      FYI you can technically send your form to people using the URL from the embed code (normally used for embedding on websites). In the form editor, click Style > in the box under Embed Form Code, copy the URL in quotes after iframe src. Ex:

      <iframe src="[url here]" frameborder="0" scrolling="yes" width="100%" height="500px"></iframe>

      Hyperlink that in an email to send to people as needed.
