Allow the ability to see what application a candidate has started when assigning them a checklist.

Every once in a while a student has started the wrong application -- it would be an easy fix for us to see this ahead of time when we are assigning them a checklist.

    Are your candidates able to apply before being assigned a checklist? We process their Inquiry, assign them a checklist, and then assign them usernames and passwords, so they can't access the account until everything is ready for them.
