When sending an Official Note composed from a work list if a user accidentally clicks Send more than once it will send duplicate notes and duplicate emails to all the recipients. This can be an issue when bulk sending to a large volume of users. We would like to temporarily "lock" the send button for a minute after clicking send to prevent duplicates from ever unintentionally going out.
