Sarah, thank you for keeping us posted on the progress of this feature! Can you clarify if this notification is triggered when candidates become incoming students?
We have a workflow alert group with a roster of staff we want to receive the alert. The admissions office manager then has to copy and paste the students grade, status (boarding/day), and date of enrollment or withdraw or date of status change or date of hold everytime there is a status change into a Message. Then we have to ensure that each person has opt-ed into their messages to receive it. This is too many steps.

This would be very helpful, particularly if it was very customizable with who gets notified, how often a notification is sent, and which types (or grades) of students gets sent. The same would be great for students who withdraw or un-enroll during the year.
Please add more merge fields to the notification
Also the ability to create notifications

Hi Sarah - it would be great to format the email with more details about the student.
We'd love to be able to add a table with columns such as Student Name, ID Number, Email, etc.

Hi there- if you go to admissions, communications, edit candidate decision notification, you can add people and change the message.
