Notification to be sent when a Candidate becomes a student

We need the ability to notify Division Office/Head, Nurse, IT, After School Program etc of a new Student that is enrolled

    Hi Sarah - it would be great to format the email with more details about the student.


    We'd love to be able to add a table with columns such as Student Name, ID Number, Email, etc.

    We have a workflow alert group with a roster of staff we want to receive the alert. The admissions office manager then has to copy and paste the students grade, status (boarding/day), and date of enrollment or withdraw or date of status change or date of hold everytime there is a status change into a Message. Then we have to ensure that each person has opt-ed into their messages to receive it. This is too many steps.

    Hi! I apologize- this as accidentally marked implemented and it has not been- we ARE working on this though and when we do, it will be located in the same area. it should be available within the next month.

    Hi there- if you go to admissions, communications, edit candidate decision notification, you can add people and change the message.

    This would be very helpful, particularly if it was very customizable with who gets notified, how often a notification is sent, and which types (or grades) of students gets sent. The same would be great for students who withdraw or un-enroll during the year.

    Yes! We have to send out a bulk email notifying key people. This would be SO nice.
