Link Connections/Special Relationships and Community Connections and allow to overlap years.

We use Connections/Special Relationships to define a candidate as a sibling, relative, legacy, etc. Then onBoard added Community Connections which is great, but no access via Lists (that I see) so I still have to use Connections. These should be put together.

Also, if a candidate has a connection, it should show up if a student re-applies. Currently, the connection only shows in the year it was added so it's not showing for any of our re-applies!

    I get the response from support that this is 'working as designed'. However, i think that poor design is a defect and should be handled as a defect. We will have to work around another unreliable part of the system.
