Ability to select and navigate through list results in Candidate list

I would like the ability to navigate through results within Candidate Lists, similarly to how Work Lists currently function. This will allow easier access to records without requiring to navigate back to the list.

    The best part of work lists was being able to navigate to the candidate then to the next one on the list or back to the full list.  This is required for the new Candidate Lists to be useful!!!!!
