More specific error messages when a contract rejects payment

Currently, when a contract rejects payment, it displays "Payment cannot be processed at this time". This error message is quite vague and makes it hard to troubleshoot what caused the issue. I would like there to be more specific error messages when payment does not go through.

    We had this problem, the parent was not formatting her routing number correctly, but the message "Payment cannot be processed at this time" makes it sound like it's an error with the system, not with how she was inputting her information. A message suggesting invalid or not matching information (or something similar) like when you attempt to use your credit card when online shopping would have saved us several hours of frustration!
