Currently, in order to have FA requested show in the Contract Lists, you have to go in and mark it manually on each contract that has requested FA, despite there already being an award in the record.  This strikes me as very inefficient.  I'd like to see some way that automatically marks the record as FA requested when an Award is entered in the FA tab, rather than when a contract is set up.  Alternatively, a way to add it in bulk would also work, rather than going into each record to mark it manually.
