More information on Contract Export Report

I would like to see 2 things added to the Contract Export report: Financial Aid information included as a column in the Excel report, and Fee types listed under the fee name by column, rather than fee 1, fee 2 etc. and putting whatever fees happen to be on that contract in chronological order.  The way it is now, I have different fees in each column which doesn't help me much. I would like to see, for example, a column with only the Registration fees, another with Technology fees, another with Graduation fees etc.

Hi Sarah, I see where that information is now available in Contract Lists, but I was referring to the Contract Export in the initial idea (under reports). The way it shows up in the list does not really allow me to manipulate the data enough to be useful in spreadsheet form (for example, totaling individual fees for budgeting purposes) because all the fee details are listed under one column, and the financial aid also is not listed as a simple number.. I think the original idea should be reverted back to not yet implemented.

Hi Everyone, we've added fees detail already to the contracts list and we'll be adding financial aid on 3/7!

I agree about Financial Aid information.  I need to reconcile between Smart Tuition and the contracts in onBoard- I have to pull Financial Aid from a different source and then add it in to the export.

Regarding the fees - with our Smart Tuition contracts this year - the fees ARE pulling in to the Export in consistent columns.  Where as last year the fees seemed to be placed at random in the Export - this year - we see tuition in one column, grade fund fee in it's own column - etc.  I don't know if that's a function of the Smart Tuition integration - but it is certainly easier than what we saw last year - which is what I think Yitzy is describing.
