This is a request from an administrator at my school.  He would like to have a way to set a cut-off time for teachers  posting assignments. I believe he wants his teachers to post assignments by a certain time of day, and creating a cut-off time for homework entry would help control that - eliminating the possibility of teachers posting homework assignments late.
