SmartGroup Community Groups are an awesome idea - by automatically providing access to persons based on their role and current status, all the work of managing a large group is taken away. However, we have many many complaints from our staff that accessing these groups is tedious because they have to browse for the group every time instead of accessing the group via the My Groups dropdown tab. It would really increase the value of the SmartGroup feature if they could be configured to also turn up under the My Groups dropdown if they're included in that SmartGroup?
Navigating under Groups and Resources can certainly be done more easily, even though it is a great program.
