Allow printing of an assessment Merged

After a teacher creates an assessment, it would be helpful if they could print it out make sure everything is correct on it.

    We agree!  It would also come in handy as an alternative when problems arise. The current assessments do not print well when you try to print the web page.  There needs to be a print-friendly alternative.

    This would also be helpful if it could be used to give to a student that has trouble taking online assessments.
