Enable bulk drop/withdraw on course roster

Make a checkbox next to student name that allows drop/withdraw information to be applied to multiple students at once rather than having to click each student individually.

    Also for Activity Group rosters. This would, for example, make it possible to take attendance in an after school study hall whose membership changes daily. At present, the task of removing the prior days' roster makes this impractical.
