When uploading a video that is too large generate an error message instead of looking like the file is uploading.  Currently it spins looking like the file is being uploaded but it will spin and spin for ever or until the Cancel button is clicked.  It would be helpful if the software would check the file size and generate an error if it is too big. The current behavior gives the illusion the software is working when it is really doing nothing and there is no hope of the job finishing.
