Assessments need a way to block students who are not in class, from taking the assessment. The current system opens the assessment up to all students in a class, even if they are absent from the classroom. Students then have access to the questions, they can share them with other students, or use google to take the assessment. Due to this problem, assessments can not be part of graded work.

A solution would be to automatically block students who are marked absent from class. Alternately a password could be added.

We also need a way to make the assessment open only in "safe exam browser"
