Sorting courses by course number rather than by course title Merged

In onCampus-->Procedure-->Academics-->Set Section Information, the courses are sorted by course title.  Our course numbers help us to group courses by academic department, so adding the ability to sort by course number would be much more helpful than sorting by course title.
