Definitely need to be able to pick which is default. Having to tell students and parents to click "show" all the time. It is so small. And then the detail page, we need to be able to get rid of the assignment graph. It gets so long with all the semester assignments. Students say it is not helpful.

Happy to connect with you about this. At my school we have gradebooks to be viewable to students. Students now have to click the "show" button vs. the auto default button of "hide" to view their grades. Attached is a photo of what our fake student Jam Jar sees, when she logs into her portal. If we cannot change the auto default to "show" at least give the schools the ability to decide what the auto default is for their particular school.

Hi there, can I maybe get someone on the phone for 5 minutes? My understanding is that if the teacher enables the setting for allowing students to view cumulative grades it will show, and if not then it won't. But I feel like I'm definitely missing something more to the conversation so if someone can shoot me a direct message with some options to chat that would be great!

PLEASE make this default to show. Or at least give the school the ability to choose what the default is.

Also since we changed to term 2 - it really is a struggle to set up to show and correct term.

PLEASE make it a default option for the current, cumulative grades to show in the Progress tab. Toggling back and forth is not user-friendly. 

Swapping back and forth also sets the grade back to hide, which has got to be irritating for students, as they likely want to see their grades when they go to this page.
