Make "Title" for Download optional

My teachers are frustrated by the need to add a "Title" to their files. Knowing that they plan on sharing these files, they name them appropriately to share online. They don't want to be required to assign a title. Could the default setting be to pull from the file name, and if the teacher CHOOSES to assign a separate title, they can? The required title, on top of SINGLE file uploads, makes this extremely tedious.

    I agree that the filename should be enough in scenarios where teachers don't supply a title.

    However I can envision scenarios when a teacher would simply want to clean up / beautify the title in the way that's currently designed, rather than having to rename the file and re-upload.

    My vote then would be to use the filename as the title only when one is not supplied.
