When teachers are in the editing screens for Topics, they do not know what class they are in. This may seem minor, but multiple teachers have mentioned this to me as confusing or annoying. If somewhere in the breadcrumbs or with the name of the topic in the sidebar/menu, the name of the course and section could be displayed, with would alleviate some confusion.
Blackbaud could also tie Topics globally to a course instead of locally to a section of a course.
That way, topics are always up to date with current edits for the course, and different sections don't show different content. It seems like currently, the exception is the rule in which one might want distinct content showing for only one section and not the others.
For example, honors, AP, and regular versions of a topic might be tied to those courses distinctly and not the section.
This is a slightly different suggestion but would address the abovementioned issue because the topic would push to all sections of the same course.
