An Activity Leader should not only be able to just view the School Forms that have been submitted, they should also be able to view who has not submitted those forms.  It would help to not only have the counts but also for the Leader to see the list of names so they may contact the families regarding the forms.  We do not want our Activity Leaders to have a manager role as we do not want them to have the ability to create or edit forms.
