Teacher's would like to be able to mark student's grades with letter's for when the student is exempt, incomplete, missing, late, or absent.  Color coding the comment flags for each reason so that the reason can be easily distinguished would be great as well so teacher's can quickly get a sense for reason of a comment without needing to open each comment.
