Ability to Remove Exempt Students From Being A Part of the "Show results page only after all Students have submitted at least one attempt" Assessment Option

Currently, if a teacher selects "Show results page only after all Students have submitted at least one attempt" on an assessment and has some exempt students, the other students will not be able to see the results unless the exempt students take the assessment or the teacher sets that to No. We would like to remove exempt students from this setting.

    Yes. Marking a student "Exempt" should mean something. Exempt doesn't mean anything on the teacher's graded "14 of 15" end either. If a student is exempt, they shouldn't be listed as "ungraded". They will never be graded!

    This seems straightfoward enough. It was frustrating to have this explained as the solution, only to learn later that it doesn't actually work.
