Make URL's that are entered in Topic -> Discussions live so that individuals can click on it to go to the link.

Currently, in Topics -> Discussions, when you add a link to the discussion in the thread of the discussion, it is not live.  It would be nice if participants could just click on the link instead of having to copy and paste it.
