Customizing font sizes in Topics, Bulletin boards and throughout onCampus.

It would be helpful to be able to adjust font sizes in Topics, Bulletin boards and throughout onCampus. 

Why is it useful?   It is useful as we have faculty and students with varying visual acuities... Being able to adjust the size would allow us to bring attention to important content items and would ease the strain of reading the page.

Who would benefit:  Both students and teachers

    I am so surprised more people have not voted to have larger font sizes!  Especially when teachers/ users type in text boxes.
